This Privacy Policy explains how SouthCentral Electrical Components & Consulting LLC ("SCECC", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information you provide through our website and services. • Shipping information — for physical orders, a mailing address collected by our payment processor on our behalf.
• Payment information — handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe, Inc.). We do not see or store full card numbers. We retain a transaction reference, last four digits of the card, and billing amount.
• Basic website analytics — standard server access logs (IP address, date/time, pages viewed, user agent) used for security and operations.
• Cookies — minimal first-party cookies used for session management on booking and checkout. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age.

• To fulfill bookings, orders, and related communications.
• To process payments and refunds through Stripe.
• To ship physical products and send digital download links.

Order and booking records are generally retained for at least seven (7) years for tax and dispute-handling purposes. Server logs are rotated and deleted on a rolling 90-day basis.

We use reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any download links, login credentials, or other access tokens we issue to you confidential.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask to opt out of non-transactional email by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. Note that we may need to retain certain information (for example, records of paid orders) to comply with our legal obligations.
