Cancellation Policy

Effective: April 22, 2026

1. Scope

This policy describes how SouthCentral Electrical Components & Consulting LLC ("SCECC", "we", "us") handles cancellations, reschedules, refunds, and returns. It applies to all consultations and product orders booked or purchased through this website. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

2. Scheduled consultations

The full consultation fee is charged at the time of booking. You may cancel or reschedule by emailing contact@southcentralecc.com from the email address used to book.

  • Seven (7) or more business days before the appointment: full refund, or one free reschedule.
  • Between 48 hours and seven business days before the appointment: 50% refund, or one free reschedule.
  • Less than 48 hours before the appointment, or no-show: no refund. The fee is retained as compensation for held time.
  • Reschedules are honored on a best-effort basis, subject to principals' availability. A rescheduled appointment cannot itself be rescheduled a second time at no charge.

If we must cancel a scheduled consultation for any reason, you will receive your choice of a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at no additional charge.

3. Digital products

Because digital products (reports, training materials, PDFs, videos) are delivered immediately upon successful payment, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued. If a delivered file is corrupted or otherwise unusable, contact us within seven (7) days of purchase and we will re-issue the download at no charge.

4. Physical products

Unopened physical products in resalable condition may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@southcentralecc.com for a Return Authorization number; returns sent without authorization may be refused at our discretion.

  • You are responsible for return shipping and for any loss or damage in transit. We recommend a trackable, insured carrier.
  • We may deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item price, and any original outbound shipping cost, from the refund amount.
  • Items marked "Final Sale," custom-fabricated items, and special-order items are not returnable.
  • Items showing signs of use, installation, or tampering are not returnable.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe). Please allow five to ten (5–10) business days for the refund to post to your statement after we issue it. We are not responsible for additional delays imposed by your bank or card issuer.

6. Before you dispute or chargeback

Please contact us first — we will resolve any legitimate issue promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us forfeits eligibility for a refund or replacement under this policy and may be contested with the payment processor. In the event of a chargeback we reasonably believe to be unwarranted, we reserve the right to pursue reimbursement of the original amount, related fees, and reasonable costs of collection.

7. Changes

We may update this Cancellation Policy at any time. The "Effective" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Bookings and orders placed before an update are governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking or purchase.
